Let's face it, we love eating but we love more than anything eating food that is tasty!

As we are approaching the "mature" part of our life, we thought that it was time to live our dream : Open a restaurant that provides tasty and healthy food at a reasonable price for the citizens of Safety Harbor in a casual yet Jazzy atmosphere.

During one of our trip in France, we discovered the crepes.... and thought that this was it. A crepe is a thin wrap made with flour, eggs and milk in which you can wrap ......almost anything.  So Kurt started to experiment roasting, mixing various ingredients that he purchased fresh every mornings (His mother is French...)  and here is the result! 

So, when we found at the corner of 5th ave & 2nd Street North a cozy little place with a deck surrounded with trees  that we knew that we had it.
